| Di ruang soal jawab ugama di akhbar Utusan Malaysia hari ini menyatakan wang dividen ASB adalah haram untuk digunakan oleh si pelabur untuk kegunaan peribadi atau sedekah jariah dan tidak di haruskan digunakan untuk tujuan menunaikan fardhu haji kerana punca2 pelaburan tidak mengikuti syarie.
Sebagaimana yg kita tahu bahawa pelabur2 ASB adalah 100% orang melayu dan berugama Islam. Mereka menyimpan dan melabur di ASB dan ada diantara mereka menggunakan wang dari pelaburan ASB ini utk tujuan menunaikan fardhu haji. Mereka ini tidak ketahui punca mana wang mereka dilaburkan memandangkan institusi yg melaburkan wang mereka iaitu Permodalan Nasional Berhad adalah syarikat berkaitan kerajaan (GLC) yg di sokong oleh kerajaan.
Persoalannya sekarang jika benar wang dividen/bonus ASB itu haram, kerajaan seharusnya melakukan sesuatu untuk mengenal pasti punca wang itu di laburkan agar hasil dividen/bonus yg diberikan kepada pelabur adalah bersih lagi menyucikan.
Apakah hukum haji yg dilakukan oleh sesaorang hasil dari wang dividen/bonus ASB jika punca2 pelaburan masih tidak mengikuti hukum syarie? Apakah kerajaan yg memerintah akan bertanggung jawab dan menjawab di akhirat kelak?

| erk.. kalau dah ade rasa serba salah haram atau halal.. itu dikira haram!
subhah!! tak leh pakai..
contoh.. kalau kita ragu2 samaada air yg warna biru itu halal atau haram utk diminum.. maka air itu haram untuk di minum walaupon sebenar nyer air itu halal..!!
